MY PAX ERA IS NOT HITTING, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

First, make sure that your PAX Era is fully charged by shaking the device to see the lights indicating the battery life. Then, ensure that you are only using the compatible SimpleClick pods, and make sure that the pod isn’t empty. Then, try switching out the pod to see if that helps. If you still experience issues, contact PAX customer service.

HOW DO I PLAY PAX ERA GAMES?

There are three different games that you can play with your PAX Era device. Simply download the PAX Era app and follow the instructions to link it to your vaporizer, then select the games section on the app.

MY PAX ERA WON’T CONNECT TO THE APP, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Start by deleting the app and restarting your phone. Then, re-download the app and follow all instructions for pairing the app with your device. If you are still unable to connect, contact customer service for additional assistance.

WHAT’S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE PAX ERA VAPORIZER AND THE PAX 3 VAPORIZER?

The PAX 3 is a dual-use vaporizer that can be used for both dry herbs and extracts. The PAX Era can only be used with extract pods. The PAX 3 has more settings and therefore costs quite a bit more – around $199.99. The PAX Era is much cheaper because it is a simpler model.

MY PAX ERA POD IS NOT WORKING, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

First, make sure that you are using a SimpleClick pod as any other type is not compatible with the Era device. If you are still facing issues, contact the retailer where you purchased the pod from to troubleshoot any issues.

THE PAX ERA FIRMWARE UPDATE FAILED, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

First, make sure that you follow all update instructions very carefully. Then, restart your phone and place the phone right next to your PAX Era device and launch the app again. If you still do not have any success, contact customer service for further instruction.
